We are pleased to tell you that over twenty of this year’s most ambitious and innovative audio features from around the world are now available to listen to on the International Feature Conference 2020 website.
It’s an incredibly rich and diverse range of programmes.
We’re really proud of the selection.
Among the highlights, our first ever entry from a Chilean author, and a ground breaking feature from Jordan.
We’re sure you’ll also be intrigued by The Bots & Spammer Dating Club from Russia.
Meanwhile, A Late Blooming from Denmark tells the story of a 95 year old man who’s led two lives, while Julie wrestles with Belgium’s destructive colonial history, and My 4 Stars Life is an intimate audio diary of tough lives lived on the outskirts of Rome.
There are also stories of spies, art heists and what happens when gaming turns violent – and plenty more besides!
They’re all subtitled in English.
You can also find plenary sessions from NRK’s Grete Strøm, who shares the secrets of her Prix Europa winning series Lord of the Ring Pulls as well as a thought-provoking video on how to tell stories about climate change.
Our discussions are all taking place online this year, via a comment box for each programme – we strongly encourage you to take part in the debate.
The programme makers are keen to hear what you think!
Head to the IFC website now and get involved.
And please tell your colleagues, too.
