PM 2010 – 14th Prix Marulic / Official results

14th PRIX MARULIC OFFICIAL RESULTS

The 14th Prix Marulic Radio Festival took place as usual on the island of Hvar, Croatia. Over six days of the Festival, a record 61 entries, (20 placed in the Drama Category, 21 in the Documentary and 20 in Short Forms Category), auditioned by 44 delegates from 17 countries from all over the globe.

This year Grand Prix Marulic 2010 was awarded in three Categories (Drama Category, Documentary Category, Short forms Category) and it is consisting of artistically painted lighthouse statue, a diploma and a monetary award.
Presidents of the Jury were: Joaquin Cofreces (Argentina) and John Theocharis (Great Britain).

DRAMA CATEGORY, Prix Marulić 2010

GRAND PRIX MARULIC:

1. SWEDISH RADIO – “Crime and Punishment” (SR)  adaptation and director: Mattias Andersson; producer: Christer Ekbom

2. ROMANIA – “Maldoror – The sentimental biography of a serial killer”(ROR)  author and director: Ilinca Stiha

3. GREAT BRITAIN – “Confessions of an English Opium Eater” (BBC);
author: Thomas de Quincey; dramatisation: Lavinia Murray; director and producer:
Gary Brown.

DOCUMENTARY CATEGORY, Prix Marulić 2010
