We’ve made another year’s worth of features on subjects of importance to us personally and to our audiences.

We’ve met in various locations around the world, affirming our commitment to our work and to this unique community we have collectively constituted.

So on 31st December, we will put 2006 to bed with light hearts knowing that we’ve done what we do as well as we can.
At the same time, we’ll remember all the absent friends who are no longer with us and, most notably this year, the incomparable and lovable Zdenek Boucek of the Czech Republic who passed away on 31st January 2006.
They are in our thoughts and in our hearts.

It only remains for us to wish all of you, your families and dear ones, a wonderful festive season and a very happy 2007.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the IFC in Copenhagen in the spring.

We all know that each Christmas Santa travels all over the world bearing presents and good will.
And surely anyone’s dream must be to make a return visit to him in his very own office?
Well now you can!
There are two web cameras in Santa’s Village showing Santa’s Office from the outside and inside. (click.a pic…)

Now the dark winter is coming to Denmark, dear colleagues.
But when you arrive to the next IFC in Copenhagen (28th of April) we will be in the middle of the Nordic spring.
We are looking forward to see all of you at DR-byen – our new Radio and TV-station.
The building is still under construction but the Documentary group has been here since June and every month a new section is completed.

The first evening of the IFC we will all meet in our old Radio building – Radiohuset. After some refreshments you are welcome to attend a huge radio rock concert.

Also we are planning to have our grande IFC dinner at Christiania. (photo)
To those who don’t know Christiania, you will hear more.

Merry X-mas and a happy new year from all of us – to all of you,

Lisbeth and Erling
