On moving to Copenhagen, Ole became radio host at the biggest youth channel P3 and later producer and journalist on the current affairs channel P1.
In 1989, Ole, together with some colleagues, started his own company working with conceptualization of art and teaching communication and branding.
This took him to a Caribbean island for a couple of years where the company was based and ran its operations from.
Returning to Denmark and DR in 1996, Ole made radio documentaries and was appointed to head of editor of a printed magazine.
In 2002 Ole became consultant for the current managing director of radio, Leif LÃ¸nsmann.
After finalizing the internal program for young leaders, Ole was promoted to Head of Strategy, Radio, and later to his current position as Head of development for Radio.
In that position is he now responsible for the development of the DR digital radio strategy and controller of DRs 25 digital radiochannels available on DAB and on the internet (www.dr.dk/radio).
Ole is a board member of DAB Denmark, head of the Danish Radio conference Radio Days, and has been teaching digital radio strategy and production in several European countries.
